Apartment Leasing Consultant at 21 South at Parkview Apartments | Baton Rouge, LA | Full-Time | On-site PAY: $16.00 to $18.00 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible! SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (some Saturday flexibility is ideal) WORK LOCATION: Baton Rouge, 21 South at Parkview Apartments As a Monarch Leasing Consultant , you’re the face of the community and a key part of our leasing success. You understand how to connect with prospects, build rapport, and create a memorable experience that turns tours into leases. Learning and development opportunities that includes tuition reimbursement and other paid training What You Will be Doing Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events Use your leasing expertise to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional prospect experience What We Want To See 6 months or more experience in multifamily leasing and 2 years' experience in customer service or sales Prior experience hitting leasing goals or occupancy targets is a strong plus Skilled problem solving Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required An unmatched dedication to customer service The drive to learn and get better everyday This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.
