Hiring Full-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant (Experience Preferred) PAY: $16-18 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible! SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8-5PM (some Saturday flexibility is ideal) WORK LOCATION: Baton Rouge, 21 South at Parkview Apartments As a Monarch Leasing Consultant, you are the first person and smile a prospect or resident meets when they come home. Learning and development opportunities that includes tuition reimbursement and other paid training What You Will be Doing: Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events What You Need to Have: 1 year experience in multifamily leasing and 2 years' experience in customer service or sales Skilled problem solving Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required An unmatched dedication to customer service The drive to learn and get better everyday This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
