Regulated Waste Disposal Technician - Entry Level

Entry-level waste disposal technician role at Eurofins in Lancaster, PA, responsible for managing regulated laboratory waste, maintaining storage areas, and ensuring compliance with RCRA and EPA regulations. Full-time position with company-sponsored training and certification completion expected within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Package expired chemicals and prepare hazardous waste for shipment within RCRA timeframes
• Maintain chemical storage areas and manage satellite container consolidation
• Track waste volume and implement Waste Minimization Plan requirements
• Manage laboratory chemical inventory and consignment supply room
• Complete RCRA and DOT/IATA training and certification within 90 days

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with self-motivation
