Lab Clerk

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting our client with hiring a Lab Clerk in Everett, Washington! This role is in person / on site. Please review the details below and apply with an updated resume.

Position Type : Three-month contract, opportunity for extension
Schedule : 40 hours Monday through Friday; between 7am and 9:30pm

Pay : $20.00 to $21.70 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities of the Lab Clerk :

• Ensures the timely accessioning of lab orders and specimens, distribution of reports, and handling of reference lab specimens

• Acting as a key point of contact for lab-related inquiries

• Assisting physicians, clinical staff, and phlebotomists with the necessary information to complete their work efficiently.

• Addressing phone inquiries, resolving billing issues, and providing support to clinicians and other clinical staff, fostering positive relationships and ensuring seamless communication channels.

• Contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the clinical laboratory, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.

• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications of the Lab Clerk :

• High school graduate or GED equivalent

• Prior lab experience

• High attention to detail

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.70 per hour
