What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Document clinical interventions and patient outcomes in electronic records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide guidance to CFY or student SLPs
• Offer consultation and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and in-services as required
• Ensure compliance with ASHA, state, and federal regulations

What You Need

• Valid State Speech-Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
• Prior experience in Long Term Care or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to clinical standards and ethical practices
