What You'll Do

• Support clinical interventions based on evidence-based practices under supervision
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment for patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders
• Administer procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and report outcomes to supervising Occupational Therapist
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members
• Document all treatments and patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in care conferences, meetings, and facility trainings
• Assist in obtaining necessary DME and supplies for patient care
• Supervise and support students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist
• Maintain compliance with NBCOT/AOTA standards and state practice acts

What You Need

• Active State Licensure/Registration (if required)
• Previous experience working in long-term care or similar settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
