Customer Success Consultant

As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll collaborate with top talent to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their goals and challenges Identify and implement solutions that drive business value Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Consult with clients to recommend strategies and best practices Lead client value presentations and business reviews Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts Stay current on solutions and client environments Guide clients throughout the customer journey to ensure value realization Share customer feedback to improve services and offerings Manage sales cycles: proposals, presentations, and contract negotiation Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert. Enjoy 2 remote days per week in Boise or Atlanta! Required Skills 3–4 years in account management, client success, or sales Proven record of meeting revenue and client goals Consultative selling and strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and present to senior stakeholders Preferred Skills Industry experience in tech, financial services, or data CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) Strategic mindset with project management skills Knowledge of customer journey and metrics Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
