Meaningful Impact: In a mission-driven and innovative organization Competitive Pay: $96,475- $108,534 per year, based on experience Schedule: Full-Time| 8:30am - 5:00pm Great Benefits: Reflective of our deep appreciation for our employees What You'll Do: Organize, direct, plan, and evaluate quality of personal care services in assisted living setting Oversee medication management and CMA delegation in compliance with state guidelines Coordinate resident care needs, including assessments, service plans, and care team communication Lead hiring, scheduling, and development of Assisted Living staff in partnership with leadership Investigate and review resident and staff incident reports implement timely corrective actions to support quality care Promote and maintain a safe, compliant environment for residents and staff Oversee purchasing and inventory of supplies, equipment, and medications Maintain compliance of applicable state laws and regulations Promote collaboration, communication, and teamwork across departments What You'll Need: Current and active New Jersey RN license Possess Assisted Living certification or eligible to complete and pass next available course Current Department of Health-approved Community trainer/instructor course for medication administration, or to be completed within 6 months of hire 4+ years of nursing experience required; supervisory/leadership experience preferred Previous knowledge and experience with electronic medical records Benefits Available to Eligible Employees: Health, dental, and vision insurance Group Life and Voluntary Life Insurance Tuition Assistant, Professional Development and E-Learning Generous Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays Retirement Plan with Employer Match Employee Assistance & Discount Programs We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
