Technical Program Manager (T1474351-PHI) Cherry Hill, New Jersey Salary: USD140000 - USD150000 per year + Bonus Eligible Location: Hybrid Cherry Hill, NJ (On site work is required 7 days/month) Our client in Cherry Hill, NJ is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid position, with onsite expectations of 8x per month. The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional business and IT teams to drive project success, manage risks, oversee budgets, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources Track project performance and provide status reporting to leadership Lead multiple complex IT programs and projects from initiation through delivery Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure successful delivery of project objectives Mentor project managers and promote project management best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of program management experience Experience leading software development, systems implementations, or enterprise technology initiatives Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and multiple priorities simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
