As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine rounds, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM Thur: 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established facility protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and assist with directing individuals to appropriate locations within the facility. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
