Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures; report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures. Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
