• 1 weekend per month -- Fri 7 pm through Mon 7 am
• Patient census: 30 - 44 with 3 - 5 pulmonary consults per shift
• Consulting role -- not primary on patients
• Open 30-bed MED/SURG ICU setting
• 100% adult patient population
• Central and arterial lines and intubations required -- trachs not required
• Admissions into the ICU included
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
