Conflicts Attorney

A leading law firm is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to support conflicts clearance, new business intake, and ethics-related matters. This role works closely with attorneys and firm leadership on conflict analysis and resolution. Who You Are You have a J.D. and active bar membership in good standing Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Conflicts department experience preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills Able to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion What You'll Do Analyze conflicts reports for new matters, lateral hires, and intake requests Research issues, advise attorneys, and support conflict resolution efforts Draft waivers, consents, and implement ethical walls Review intake forms, engagement letters, and client guidelines Partner with Conflicts Counsel and General Counsel on conflicts-related matters What Success Looks Like Conflicts issues are identified and resolved efficiently Attorneys receive clear, timely guidance Intake and conflicts processes remain accurate and compliant Multiple deadlines are managed effectively in a fast-paced environment Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 (annually based on experience) Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
