Payroll Specialist – Join a Growing Team!

Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and someone who takes pride in making sure everything is accurate? Direct Protection Security, Inc., one of the nation’s growing ADT Authorized Dealers, is looking for a reliable Payroll Specialist to join our team.

This is a key role within our company. You will help ensure our employees are paid correctly, records are maintained properly, and payroll operations continue running smoothly as our company grows.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
✔ Review and verify timecards, commissions, bonuses, and payroll adjustments
✔ Maintain payroll records and employee documentation
✔ Assist with employee onboarding and payroll setup
✔ Answer payroll-related questions and provide employee support
✔ Work closely with HR, accounting, and management on payroll updates
✔ Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations
✔ Help maintain compliance with company policies and payroll regulations

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1+ year of payroll experience preferred
✔ Experience using payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Gusto, or similar preferred)
✔ Strong Excel and data entry skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Ability to work with confidential employee information
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
