Service Tech Hourly - HVAC

Job Description Job Description Description: Job Summary: The A/C & Heating Service Technician will perform and apply technical skills and knowledge associated with: maintaining and servicing heating/ventilation/air conditioning, and troubleshooting HVAC systems for residential customers. Duties & Responsibilities: Performing on-site HVAC performance evaluations, routine repairs and calibrations. Troubleshooting common problems and providing appropriate level repairs. Using experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements. Advising manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and identifying the necessary corrective actions to be taken. Working in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction. Working in a safe manner, ensuring all safety measures are taken, at all times. Performing other duties, as assigned. Flexibility to work overtime, on-call and weekends, as required.
