YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC TECH Working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with an on-call rotation Serving homes throughout Midlothian and the surrounding areas Diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems and performing quality repairs Creating relationships, generating leads, and representing our company well REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in a leadership position EPA Section 608 certification TDLR registration NATE certification Proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems Valid driver's license Willingness to learn more and keep growing in the trade Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.) Ability to use multimeters, gauges, and similar tools Ability to use ServiceTitan (or similar software) for invoicing and scheduling Commitment to safety Ideal Experienced HVAC Tech Able to clearly explain complex information and resolve concerns/complaints Able to solve unique problems you wouldn't find in a standard manual Able to show up on time with a clean uniform and a great attitude Able to recommend and sell upgrades/additional maintenance services without pressuring customers JOIN OUR TALENTED TEAM TODAY!
