Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Opportunity | Plaintiff Law Firm | Louisville, KY |Hybrid Compensation $24.00 - $31.25/hour with potential monthly bonus Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible spending account Health savings account with bi-weekly employer contributions Group Life and AD&D insurance (employee, spouse, child(ren) employer paid) Voluntary Life (employee, spouse, child(ren) employee paid) STD & LTD (employer paid) Referral Bonus Program 401(k) 401(k) matching Role Overview Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through resolution Maintain consistent client communication and provide case updates Gather and organize medical records, bills, liens, and damages documentation Draft and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery Prepare demand packages, mediation packages, and case summaries Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Track case deadlines, court dates, and attorney calendars Communicate with insurance carriers, medical providers, clients, and opposing counsel Investigate claims and maintain accurate case documentation in Filevine Support attorneys with settlement tracking, negotiations, and overall case management Qualifications 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience required Experience handling Indiana/Kentucky personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, including e-filing Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment Experience with insurance claims, litigation timelines, and case management systems (Filevine preferred) Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Paralegal certificate or degree preferred Experience with trucking/commercial vehicle cases and medical records documentation is a plus Familiarity with e-discovery and document management systems preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr SR Staffing
