Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: Depending on experience
Location: Potranco Dental and Braces | San Antonio, TX
Help Patients Feel Taken Care of Before They Walk Through the Door
When a patient calls Texas Dental and Braces, they might be nervous about a first visit, confused about a balance, or scrambling to move an appointment before work. You're the person who makes it feel simple. As our Inbound Receptionist, you'll be the friendly, steady voice patients hear across every Texas Dental and Braces location, someone who turns a stressful call into one less thing to worry about.
We're looking for someone who already knows how a dental front office runs and genuinely enjoys being that person for people.
A Day in This Role
- Field 30+ calls a day, helping patients schedule, reschedule, cancel, or sort out billing and payment questions
- Keep the schedule full by filling last-minute openings and following up when someone cancels
- Check in about the whole family, since one call is often a chance to get a spouse or kids on the books too
- Meet patients wherever they reach out: phone, email, text, or message
- Keep an eye on new online appointment requests, booking them into open chairs and getting their forms into our system
- Take payments and walk patients through available payment plan options
- Loop in the office team to confirm details and solve things in real time
- Document everything carefully and keep patient info protected, always
