Support students’ educational journeys in a dynamic, contract-based setting as a Paraprofessional in engaging summer programs for the 2026 ESY session. Located near Clifton, NJ, this role offers opportunities to work with dedicated educators and students in both ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and LLD (Learning Language Disabilities) programs. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous paraprofessional experience in school settings is highly valued
• Familiarity with ABA strategies and/or experience supporting students in LLD programs preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students and staff
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining a positive classroom environment
• Ability to respond effectively to student needs and challenges as they arise
• Dedication to supporting inclusive learning and promoting student independence

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in delivering individualized and group instruction in ABA or LLD programs
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students based on their learning plans
• Help manage classroom routines, monitor student progress, and adapt support strategies as needed
• Foster a nurturing, structured environment that encourages student engagement
• Support students with communications, transitions, and social-emotional skills
• Document observations and report student progress to teaching staff

Program Details:

• ABA Program: June 29 – August 7
• LLD Program: July 6 – July 31
• Hours: 9am–12pm, providing work-life balance
• Immediate start; potential opportunity to continue into the next school year
