Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a school setting is desirable
• Enthusiasm for supporting early childhood or elementary education, especially kindergarten

• Flexibility and a positive attitude in adapting to various classroom needs
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with classroom teachers to assist with daily instructional activities
• Support a group of kindergarten students rather than individual 1:1 assignments
• Encourage positive social interactions and student engagement
• Assist with classroom organization, lesson preparation, and activity monitoring
• Participate in classroom routines and help reinforce school policies
