This full-time role is primarily remote, allowing you to effectively support our clients from the comfort of your own home, while also engaging with a state-of-the-art detox center specialized in serving young children and their families. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays or disabilities.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of children and families, ensuring goals are met and adjusting strategies as necessary.
\n
• Build trust and rapport with children and families, creating a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.
\n
• Provide families with practical resources, skills, and emotional support to enrich their child's development.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices while adhering to federal and state regulations governing early intervention services.

• Utilize natural environment teaching and coaching models to support child learning in everyday settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, particularly infants and toddlers, who exhibit developmental challenges or disabilities. This role requires the ability to navigate complex family dynamics and work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to enhance the child's developmental trajectory. We encourage candidates who are bilingual, as being able to communicate with diverse family backgrounds greatly enhances patient interactions and support.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for potential in-person meetings and visits.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client cases efficiently.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating respect and empathy in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Mindful Walkway offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 – 80,000 yearly, complemented by a robust benefits package including:
