Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' emotional and behavioral challenges, including gathering information on their backgrounds and setting personalized goals for therapy.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and circumstances of each student.

• Monitor clients' progress and adapt therapeutic approaches and goals as necessary, ensuring ongoing engagement and commitment to their personal journey.

• Maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions, while adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations within the context of school-based counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on students ranging from elementary through high school, who face a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, social issues, and stress management. You will collaborate closely with educators, as well as families, to develop interventions that not only meet the immediate needs of the students but also support their long-term mental health and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on school-based counseling.

• Strong clinical skills with proven ability in therapeutic assessment, intervention planning, and implementation.

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and strong rapport-building abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
