Job Summary:

Join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton as a friendly, welcoming Front Desk Agent . You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping create a smooth, memorable experience from check-in to check-out. In this role, you'll manage reservations, handle guest questions and requests, and ensure every interaction feels helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Schedule Type: Full-time and Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist with arrival and departure
• Process payments, manage guest accounts, and issue room keys
• Answer questions and resolve concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support guest needs
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest records

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hotel reservation and property management software.
• Able to understand, follow, and accurately complete directions and established procedures.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and teammates and resolve concerns with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
• Skilled at gathering accurate information, documenting guest requests, and resolving issues or escalating when needed.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Willing and able to work weekends and scheduled shifts as needed.
