Description - Your Role

• Conduct both routine and specialized lab tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results meticulously, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory machinery.
• Assist in specimen collection and the preparation of samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor newcomers, and help ensure lab quality standards are consistently met.
• Uphold a tidy, safe workspace and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
