Description - Your Role

• Carry out routine and advanced laboratory tests across disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, all conducted under established protocols.
• Ensure result accuracy through diligent analysis, troubleshooting errors, and conducting preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection activities and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, play an active role in training new staff or students, and help maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment, complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification through your ongoing career.
