Junior Bookkeeper / Full-Charge Bookkeeper/ Client Accountant -

Our client is growing its outsourced accounting practice and is adding a Bookkeeper to support a diverse portfolio of clients. Compensation

• $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities for multiple client accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks
• Support payroll processing and related accounting functions
• Communicate with clients and internal team members regarding accounting needs

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks required
• Ability to manage/ be trained to manage bookkeeping responsibilities across multiple client accounts
• Professional communication skills with a client-service mindset
• Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, are highly valued
• Experience preparing financial statements and supporting month-end close processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
