• $75,000 base salary
• Uncapped commissions + monthly bonuses

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Leader, you will:
• Lead and grow a team of 5–15 sales representatives
• Drive daily sales activity, pipeline development, and closing performance
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales talent
• Coach and mentor team members to exceed goals
• Support deal strategy, proposals, and account development
• Own your market’s performance and hit aggressive growth targets
