We are seeking a dedicated and organized Healthcare Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
This is a full time position with part recruiting duties!
Responsibilities
- Onboarding Clinical Staff
- Navigate multiple platforms
- Accurate data entry
- Compile clinician files accurately with personal documents
- Performing Background checks
- Education Verifications
- Checking Licenses
- Recruit and Source for clinical staff
Skills
- Experience in medical office management or healthcare administrative support required
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency Excel and Adobe
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail is required and key in this role!
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting required
