Brightway Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a Hybrid role , offering flexibility along with opportunities for professional growth. This role requires the candidate to be bilingual with Spanish as their first language, and will bring strong communication, customer service, and sales skills to the team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing clients’ insurance needs, recommending tailored policy solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies Qualifications: Must currently hold a valid FL 2-20 license at time of application Ability to work in the West Palm office 2-3 days a week from 8:30am-5pm Proven experience in sales administration or retail sales Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be Bilingual (Fluent Spanish Required) Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Compensation: Guaranteed Base Pay: $35K annually (*determined by years of experience, education and certifications.) Average 1st year total earnings range from $40K-$55K through a combination of guaranteed base pay and commission.
