Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Review and process deals/contracts and orders to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter transaction data into company systems and ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for deals and contracts: including tracking and filing records.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers and internal teams to address inquiries/resolve issues and provide updates on deal status.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with company policies/ legal requirements and industry regulations.
• Reporting: Generate and review reports related to deal processing and transaction status. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
• Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to deal processing: including coordinating with other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role (preferably with a focus on deal processing or data entry).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook) and experience with data entry software.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
