Schedule: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Job Description:
- Provide front desk coverage.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and respond to requests received through the Wells Fargo Center general email account.
- Maintain and regularly update tenant and emergency contact databases.
- Maintain electronic directory listing updates.
- Review and process Fitness Center membership applications.
- Review and approve vendor access requests in accordance with building policies.
- Review and approve building access requests for tenants.
- Conduct OFAC compliance searches, as required.
- Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail; coordinate courier services and special deliveries as needed.
- Monitor inventory and replenish coffee and breakroom supplies daily. Order supplies on a monthly basis.
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies on a bi-weekly basis.
- Serve as the primary liaison for office equipment vendors, including copier, coffee machine, and water filter service providers.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, document preparation, filing, scanning, and copying..

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Experience with Nexus preferred
- Proficiency in property management software (eg, Yardi, AppFolio) preferred
- Fast Learner
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
