Service Coordinator

Adecco is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator for a client in Miami, FL. This position plays a key role in supporting field service operations by managing timecards, payroll-related records, billing orders, job costing, and service documentation while coordinating logistics for field personnel. Location: Miami, FL 33125 Pay Rate: $23.00 - $28.00/hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Review, process, and input daily employee timecards. Support payroll activities by ensuring accurate and timely records. Manage billing orders and job costing information. Review Work in Progress (WIP) reports and assist with project tracking. Coordinate field service schedules, travel arrangements, and job logistics. Maintain service history files and documentation for audit purposes. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company procedures. Work closely with operations, accounting, and field service teams.
