About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Documents and Contracts Administration in the Equipment Finance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution, closing, and funding of complex commercial finance transactions, ensuring that all processes are in line with the company's operational standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the documentation, from approval to funding, and requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in equipment finance, commercial lending, leasing, or specialty finance. The Managing Director will also supervise a small team, establish best practices, and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive successful deal execution. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for paralegal certification, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of secured lending documentation, UCC requirements, and funding mechanics, as well as a proven track record of managing complex transactions and meeting critical deadlines. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills are essential, and experience in a middle-market commercial finance environment is a must. The role also involves maintaining organized, audit-ready transaction files and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
