Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.42 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Description:
* Preferred-Prior customer service department experience-handling emails, calls and chat, multitasking between different systems-this is a productive department with production goals and call handle time efficiencies.
* Order entry accuracy a must.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Preferred-Prior work in a technical customer service or production company/field handling troubleshooting for customers on products, the ability to ready technical product
set up diagrams.


Act as a primary customer contact for service using different mediums.


Service-related functions are generally defined as all customer functions that may be required for a product before and after it has been delivered to the buyer.
