What You’ll Do

Support customers with billing questions, policy changes, and claims follow-up.

Use State Farm platforms to service accounts accurately and efficiently.

Perform proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps or new needs.

Recommend additional products when appropriate to enhance customer protection.

Build strong, trust-based relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.

Assist with referrals and contribute to overall agency growth.

What We’re Looking For

Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health a plus).

Minimum 1 year of experience in a State Farm agency or strong State Farm system proficiency.

Comfortable navigating service workflows and completing transactions quickly and accurately.

Service-driven mindset with the confidence to recommend additional coverage when beneficial.

Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and organizational abilities.

Proactive approach to follow-up, customer care, and problem-solving.
