Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid - 2-3 days/month)
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and UI Builder (UIB) Workspace development. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including customizing CSM modules, building service catalogs, forms, workflows, and developing scalable enterprise solutions using JavaScript. Experience with configurable workspace, Flow Designer, Playbooks, and the latest ServiceNow versions (Zurich preferred) is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and support ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Customize and enhance the CSM module, service catalogs, forms, workflows, and UI components.
• Build and maintain configurable workspaces using UI Builder (UIB).
• Develop scripts, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions using JavaScript.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
• Support production issues, perform testing, and ensure best practices across SDLC and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in architecture and roadmap discussions.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong expertise in CSM (Customer Service Management) customization - MUST HAVE.
• Hands-on experience with UI Builder (UIB) and configurable workspace - MUST HAVE.
• Strong JavaScript development skills - MUST HAVE.
• Experience building service catalogs, forms, and workflows.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Playbooks is preferred.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, Agile/Scrum, Git, CI/CD, AWS/Azure, SSO, and LDAP.
