Senior Healthcare Recruiter/Client Liaison Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a main driving force of successful candidate recruitment and fill the needs of our clients' staffing demands/needs from start to finish
• Effectively search for and screen potential candidates to fill positions as part of talent acquisition
• Exceptional candidate interview etiquette, processes, and communication (pre and post hire)
• Utilize a wide variety of job boards, social networks, referrals, and other necessary outlets as sourcing methods
• Engage with candidates and/or clients using the internet, phone, and in-person while handling work in a professional and timely manner
• Knowledge of staffing and scheduling
• Be organized and coordinate workload among clinical staff, clients, and internal staff
• Collaborate with and assist team as and when needed
• Must be willing to assist with other office duties as needed and be a team player
• Willing to work hard and go the extra mile in order to meet assigned goals with a positive attitude
• Must be able to meet expected deadlines and deliver on full cycle recruiting metrics
• Serve as the agency liaison between the company and our clients (school/facilities)
• Maintain a positive attitude and possess a solution-based approach in all areas
• Maintain confidentiality across privileged client information

Job Qualifications

• Must have solid prior experience recruiting for hospitals and/or long-term care facilities (nursing homes) in an agency setting
• Prior experience as an account manager/staffing coordinator is a plus
• Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting and hiring active and passive candidates, or other related fields using job boards, referral sources and broad, general knowledge of nursing, healthcare, credentialing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruiting
• Must possess excellent, professional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Must possess appropriate level of computer literacy
• Must have the ability to work independently, within a team environment, and meet goals
• Must be a results-oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines and metrics
• Experience staffing RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare positions
• Experience with MSP's and ATS's preferred
• Experience with job boards and associated research within, but not limited to: Indeed, Ziprecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Client relations and customer service experience
• Must have maturity and self-discipline
