Senior HR Risk & Compliance Counsel (Hybrid)

Markel Group is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for HR Risk & Compliance to advise on employment and immigration matters affecting our US employees. This role partners with HR leadership to shape policy and handle complex investigations while balancing business needs with compliance.
You will lead the US employee relations function, mentor a Senior Employee Relations Manager, and help mitigate risks across global HR programs. A JD and active Bar membership are required.
