Senior Labor & Employment Counsel — Strategic HR

CarMax is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment, to serve as a key legal advisor. You will provide counsel and business support on labor and employment matters across CarMax corporate departments, with a focus on employment laws and HR operations. You will support HR representatives and managers, and guide cross-functional teams on complex initiatives.
