Customer Care Associate

The opportunity:  This entry-level role provides responsive customer assistance while creating a friendly and professional in-person experience.

IN-PERSON • PEOPLE-FACING • ON-SITE

This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

A typical day may include:

1. Listen to customer needs and questions

2. Provide clear information and routine solutions

3. Coordinate complex requests with appropriate teams

4. Document feedback and follow-up

Candidate profile: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
