Guest Service Specialist & Sales RepresentativeWe are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Guest Service Specialist & Sales Representative to join our car wash team. This position is responsible for assisting customers at the pay station, processing transactions, answering questions about services, and ensuring smooth traffic flow at the entrance of the car wash. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers with selecting and purchasing car wash services at the kiosk or pay stationProcess cash, credit card, and digital payments accuratelyAnswer customer questions about wash packages, memberships, and promotionsEnsure the pay station and entrance area remain clean and organizedMonitor traffic flow and help guide customers when necessaryReport any equipment issues or customer concerns to managementProvide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experienceQualifications:Previous customer service or cashier experience preferredBasic computer and payment system knowledgeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle cash and operate payment systems accuratelyReliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand for extended periods and work outdoors if requiredSchedule:Flexible availability including weekends and holidays may be requiredBenefits (if applicable):Competitive hourly payOpportunities for advancementCommissions based on sales
