Jaguar Land Rover Columbia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Columbia, SC. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring our dealership meets and exceeds its sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the luxury automotive industry and a proven track record of managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership revenue.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Collaborate with other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform management decisions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Familiarity with dealership management software and CRM systems is a plus.

Valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
