Overview Job Title: Payroll Processor Responsibilities Enter and process weekly U.S. payroll within ADP Workforce Now. Time off requests, 401k contribution/loan changes, garnishments/support orders, special pays, adjustments/manual checks, etc. Create and maintain payroll schedules (severances, garnishments, leave of absence payments, etc.) Enter new hires, complete terminations, maintain accurate leave of absence dates. General maintenance of employee records within ADP Workforce Now system. Register new states for payroll taxes as needed. Payroll filing. Experience processing Canadian payroll within ADP Workforce Now Canada, preferred. Other tasks that may be assigned include, but are not limited to: Complete employment verifications, assist with audits that require payroll information, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
