The Company

A rapidly growing financial services organisation is seeking a Structured Credit Senior Associate to join its financing and reporting function. They leverage technology, analytics, and operational excellence to deliver innovative lending solutions while maintaining strong governance and risk controls. As the business continues to scale, the team plays a critical role in managing financing operations, lender reporting, and facility performance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to complex structured finance arrangements.

The Role

\n

• Support the ongoing administration of credit facilities, including funding, collateral management, and reporting activities

\n

• Prepare and review lender reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financing agreements

\n

• Monitor borrowing base calculations, concentration limits, eligibility requirements, and covenant compliance

\n

• Analyse large datasets to assess facility performance and identify exceptions, anomalies, and reporting issues

\n

• Support information requests from lenders and financing partners

\n

• Develop clear reporting summaries and communicate key findings to internal stakeholders

\n

• Maintain high standards of quality control across recurring reporting processes

\n

• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reporting exceptions

\n

• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Operations, Risk, and Accounting

\n

• Contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy

\n

\n

Your Skills & Experience

\n

• Strong commercial experience within structured finance, structured credit, private credit, specialty finance, lending operations, or financial reporting

\n

• Experience supporting warehouse facilities, credit facilities, borrowing base reporting, or covenant monitoring

\n

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with large and complex datasets

\n

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

\n

• Experience identifying, investigating, and resolving reporting discrepancies

\n

• Experience producing reporting for lenders, investors, funding partners, or internal stakeholders

\n

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

\n

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

\n

• Experience within consumer lending, fintech, specialty finance, or asset-backed lending environments is advantageous

\n

• Exposure to SQL or VBA is beneficial

\n
