Our advisors are given the tools, support, and leads they need to focus on helping homeowners make informed decisions.You'll represent a company with a long-standing reputation for integrity, work alongside an experienced operations team, and have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.What You'll Be Responsible ForIn-Home ConsultationsMeet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor comfort concernsAssess existing equipment, home layout, and customer goalsIdentify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and system performanceSolution Development & PresentationDesign customized HVAC replacement and upgrade optionsPresent recommendations clearly and professionallyExplain equipment features, efficiency ratings, warranties, and available financing optionsHelp customers compare solutions and make confident decisionsCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild trust through honest communication and professional serviceFollow up on open opportunities and customer questionsDeliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installationGenerate referrals and repeat business through outstanding serviceTeam CollaborationCoordinate with installation, service, and office teams to ensure seamless project executionMaintain accurate proposals, customer records, and sales documentationTrack opportunities and pipeline activity within company software systemsWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsPrevious sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, remodeling, or other home-service industriesStrong consultative selling and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyStrong organizational and computer skillsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordPreferred QualificationsHVAC replacement sales experienceKnowledge of residential HVAC systems and equipment optionsExperience discussing financing and payment solutionsFamiliarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platformsTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
