Production Laborer
Spring Lake, MI, 1st Shift, $14.50/hour
Job Summary
A growing company specializing in food-grade blending and packaging processes is seeking a Production Laborer to join their dynamic 1st Shift team. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the production process, ensuring that high-quality products are prepared, packaged, and shipped efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Laborer , your responsibilities will include:
Following customer-specific batch and work orders to produce accurate products.
Measuring and mixing raw materials according to precise formulas.
Assisting with filling containers and drums with products.
Packing and prepping finished products for shipment.
Cleaning and maintaining workstations to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
GED or High School Diploma required
Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Skills:
Attention to detail to ensure accurate batching and production
Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
Time management and organizational skills for efficient workflow
Team-oriented mindset and reliability
