Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure as an SLP or SLPA required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred
• Experience within a school environment desired

• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Dedication to professional growth and evidence-based practice

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy to students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Work closely with teachers and staff to design and monitor intervention plans
• Foster positive relationships with students and families to support progress
• Maintain thorough records and document measurable student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Uphold compliance with state, district, and federal guidelines
