Generate new business opportunities through professional networking, referrals, and inbound leads. Conduct thorough annual coverage reviews to ensure our clients are properly protected as their lives change. Maintain accurate client files and records within our digital systems to ensure compliance and efficiency. Provide prompt, accurate, and caring service to walk-in clients and scheduled appointments in our West Palm Beach office. Collaborate with the agency owner and staff to reach monthly production and retention goals. Requirements Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License. Life and health license is plus Bilingual is a plus Proven track record of managing and closing insurance sales. Deep understanding of Allstate product offerings and underwriting guidelines. Strong comfort level with quoting systems and agency management software. Clear and articulate communication skills over the phone and in person.
