Moving Sales Representative (Carrier Experience Required)

We are a licensed household goods carrier seeking an experienced Moving Sales Representative to join our growing inside sales team. This position is for professionals with direct experience working for a licensed moving carrier. If you understand the moving process from estimate to delivery and have a proven ability to convert leads into booked moves, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
- Prepare accurate moving estimates based on customer needs and operational requirements.
- Convert qualified leads into booked residential and commercial moves.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers through phone, email, and CRM.
- Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure accurate scheduling and service execution.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience with a licensed household goods carrier.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations, carrier operations, tariffs, and virtual or in-home estimating.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with CRM platforms, email, and VoIP phone systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
