Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-10:00 PM

Position Overview

Our client, a leader in the vacation industry, is hiring a Customer Sales Representative for a full-time, in-office opportunity.

In this role, you will speak with customers by phone, answer questions, explain available services, and help them move forward with the option that best fits their needs. This position combines customer service with sales and is a good fit for someone who is friendly, confident, and motivated by performance goals.

The position includes a guaranteed $400 weekly base pay, plus uncapped commission. Paid training is provided, and previous travel or call center experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from interested customers
• Build rapport and learn what each customer is looking for
• Explain available services, offers, and scheduling options
• Answer questions and address concerns professionally
• Recommend options based on the customer's needs
• Guide customers through the next steps
• Accurately enter customer information and call notes
• Follow established sales and customer service procedures
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout each shift

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
• Friendly, confident, and professional
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be at least 18 years old

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, reservations, or a call center is helpful but not required.
